It couldn’t be easier to visit Reading and we’re accessible by road, rail and air.

Travelling by Road

Travelling South, from the North: Take the M40 towards London. Exit at junction 4 onto the A404 near Marlow. Drive south and exit the A404 onto Burchett's Green Road, which then becomes Bath Road and subsequently, New Bath Road, then finally Pitts Lane.  At the bottom of Pitts Lane, turn right onto Wokingham Road which then becomes London Road. The venue is now directly ahead of you on the left, with the carpark best accessed by turning left onto Crown Place.

Travelling North, from the South: Take the M4 to junction 11, then exit onto the A33. Continue along until the juntion with the A329 (Queen's Road) where you will turn right. At the top of Queen's Road, take a left onto Kings Road, followed by a right onto Eldon Road.  At the bottom of Eldon Road, turn left onto London Road. The venue is now directly ahead of you on the left, with the carpark best accessed by turning left onto Crown Place.

Parking

On-Site Parking: The venue includes free weekend parking for up to 200 vehicles.

Off-Site Parking: There are numerous pay and display options nearby.

Travelling by Train

Reading has great rail links and is accessible from all parts of the UK.

Reading Railway station is approximately a 15 minute walk (or an even shorter taxi ride) away from The Great Hall.

Reading is also easily accessible to attendees travelling from central London, with a journey on the Elizabeth line taking just 30 – 40 minutes, depending on your exact stop.  (Remember, you’ll need a ticket when travelling outside of Zone 6 / beyond West Drayton)

Travelling by Air

Heathrow Airport is also just a short distance away by train; this will be particularly helpful for our international attendees.
