In response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we have taken the decision not to proceed with this year’s event, which had been scheduled to run from 14th – 16th August.
Whilst we appreciate this will come as a disappointment, it is important for us to explain this decision has been taken without sadness or regret. The wellbeing of our community has been the leading consideration in reaching this outcome, as we will not expose our attendees, guests and volunteers to unnecessary health risks.
Please note, many TFNation guests, panels and displays are booked several years in advance. Therefore, while some elements may return in 2021, there is no plan to mirror 2020’s offerings. TFNation will proceed to announce its new event dates and guestlist over the coming year.
Attendees who booked bedrooms at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel using TFNation’s discounted rate, will automatically be refunded. Please refrain from contacting the hotel over the next 30 days, whilst their remote skeleton team is busy processing your refunds. For those who booked a public rate room, please log into the Hilton’s website to amend your booking manually.
On Monday 18th May 2020, we will provide guidance on our refund/rollover system, which will be updated in response to this unprecedented situation.
